Did you know you can make Keto sandwich wrap/tortilla’s with our Paleolicious Pancake mix? Yes that’s right! Use water instead, which we suggest for the pancakes as well and add a little extra to make batter thinner. Pour onto greased griddle as would for pancakes, but let each side cook longer until they have more of a tortilla texture. Sprinkle with some sea salt and YUMMY! Our Paleo/Keto Pancakes do not bubble when ready to flip like traditional pancakes, but ours do not burn easily either. Very easy and so pleasy!

Want another idea? Miss guacamole and chips? I know I sure did! Preheat oven at 350 degrees.Take as many Paleolicious “Tortilla’s” as you like and slice it into triangles. Place them on a cookie sheet, spray triangles with coconut oil cooking spray, sprinkle with sea salt or garlic salt, bake & flip until triangles are stiff! ENJOY!
